Wildflour is located on the Ground Floor of V Corporate Center along 125 L. P. Leviste Street in Salcedo Village. From Monday to Thursday, the restaurant is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sunday though, Wildflour is only open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The restaurant is known for its delicious bread and pastries. Wildflour also offers light breakfast options like oatmeal, pancakes, omelets, chicken and waffles, Kimchi fried rice, and steak and eggs to name a few.

The Wholesome Table is known for healthy food choices. Their menu is made entirely of organic produce, from their bottled drinks, and appetizers to main courses. Their light breakfast options include toast and breads, and pancakes and waffles. If you are looking for heavy breakfast alternatives, there is Meat and Eggs Plate, Arroz Con Pollo, Warm Quinoa Porridge, Green Eggs and Tomato Omelet, and Bistek Tagalog.
