A review of Slammin' Mini Burgers.
Our hoard
When we are looking for a quick fix to satisfy our burger and fries cravings or just want a light yet delicious snack, we would usually head out to Slammin’ Mini Burgers.
We discovered this little joint in a quiet corner at SM City Fairview a few years ago. We would go there on weekends before our usual stroll in the mall or before watching a movie. Sadly, however, after just a few months Slammin’ Mini Burgers closed down and did not leave a note on where they transferred to.
But only a few months ago, we were pleasantly surprised to have chanced upon a Slammin’ Mini Burger kiosk at Ayala Fairview Terraces. They had a smaller space than their previous one at SM City Fairview. Having severely missed their sliders, my wife and I immediately ordered double Bacon N’ Mushroom and Slammin’ Cheese. We paired the sliders with our favorite siding of French fries with jalapeno and roasted garlic dips.
The Bacon N’ Mushroom is still as good as we had last tasted it – it was flavorful and extremely beefy despite the small size of the patty. The Slammin’ Cheese, meanwhile, is a light alternative to an otherwise rich cheeseburger. It had just the right size

The French fries dipped in either jalapeno or roasted garlic, provided a little bit of zest and acidity that balanced the richness of the savory sliders. We loved that the French fries were always cooked fresh, as customers order, so diners are assured that they are always crisp and fresh.
The bottled iced tea has a tendency to be on the sweet side though but it was not really an issue.

For this extremely satisfying meal, we paid around P440. Slammin’ Mini Burgers is definitely a good alternative if you are tired of the usual burgers and sandwiches from fast food restaurants.
