What is Yellow Cab’s Charlie Chan® Pasta?
I’m sure a lot of Filipinos know what Charlie Chan® pasta is. But for those who are not familiar with it, this well-loved pasta dish has chicken strips, shiitake mushrooms, and roasted peanuts with a spicy oriental sauce. It’s a delicious balance of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors.
I consider Yellow Cab’s Charlie Chan® pasta as one of my favorite noodle dishes and immediately got hooked on it from the very first time I tasted it close to two decades ago.
Now that it comes in a Pasta Party Tray, everybody in our house will get to enjoy Charlie Chan® Pasta because it’s good for eight to ten people.

The new Sloppy Wedges
We all love potatoes; I think most people do. As such, a lot of customers will also be happy to know that Yellow Cab is also offering Sloppy Wedges for a limited time only. Similar to the pasta party trays, the Sloppy Wedges will be available on Yellow Cab’s menu only from October 4, 2021, to January 9, 2022.
So what are Sloppy Wedges? These are potatoes made crispy outside but tender inside. They are served with your choice of savory sauce, namely Hot Cheezy Bacon, Garlic Ranch, and Smokey BBQ.
You can order Sloppy Wedges with your choice of sauce or get the Ultimate Sloppy Wedges with all three sauces. I suggest you order the Ultimate Sloppy Wedges because all flavors taste great. Prices for Yellow Cab’s Sloppy Wedges start at P149.
How to order the pasta party trays and Sloppy Wedges
You can order pasta party trays and Sloppy Wedges in all Yellow Cab stores nationwide (you can check the branch list from my post about the Chicken Alfredo pizza). All past party trays are available for take-out, Curbside® pick-up, drive-thru, and delivery.
The Sloppy Wedges, meanwhile, can be enjoyed via dine-in, take-out, Curbside® pick-up, drive-thru, and delivery.
