A Quick Guide to Gootopia SM City Fairview with Kids [Family Travel Tips + Review]

Gootopia is a fun indoor recreation establishment that is gaining popularity among families, especially among those with small children. That’s because Gootopia offers engaging and unique activities that are sure to give kids (and even adults) a memorable time.

9 Fun Things To Do at Gootopia SM City Fairview with Kids

We had the chance to try Gootopia at SM City Fairview before it opened a few months ago. Initially, we planned on staying for just a few minutes but Miguel and Rafa loved the slime and toy sand so we ended up staying close to two hours. You will definitely get hooked on the different activities that Gootopia has to offer.

    What we did at Gootopia

In case you would also like to visit Gootopia, here are some of the exciting things that are in store for you:

    1. Goonect It

This activity at Gootopia combines two exciting games together – basketball and Connect It – as an added twist for players. I wasn’t too good at shooting but Mommy Khris, Rafa, and I enjoyed this game.

    2. Escape the Slabyrinth

It’s the classic labyrinth game but you have to solve the maze by tilting the “slab” to control the movement of the ball through the obstacle. This is quite a challenging game but Rafa had a lot of fun maneuvering the ball through the extensive puzzle.

    3. Slimey Slingshot

This is another fun and engaging game from Gootopia. It’s really simple – you just have to shoot the slimeys from the tower using a giant slingshot. This is timed to be sure to arm yourself with an accurate aim and quick movements.

    4. Rainbow dunk

We were not able to try this game because of the many kids lining up to have a rainbow dunk. It’s a straightforward activity in which participants take a rainbow slime shower. Sounds good, right?

    5. Slime O' Meter

This is the very first activity that I tried at Gootopia. It’s like a fishing game but you have to fish out blocks from a rotating table. It sounds simple but it will really test your balancing skills as well as speed. I definitely found it challenging!

    6. Balloon Blaster

Challenge each of your companions on who gets to pop the balloon faster though the Balloon Blaster game.

    7. Slime Lab

Are you curious about how slime is made? Then head on to the slime lab and watch the experts create slime from scratch. And yes, you can participate, too!

    8. Slime Ball Shooters

Engage your little ones and let them catch as many balls as they can in the Slime Ball Shooters.

    9. Slime Shack

If you want to bring home souvenirs with you from Gootopia, you can buy colorful items at Slime Shack.

If you have an autistic child like us, they would surely love the sandbox and the slime because of the sensory stimulation they provide, among the other activities in Gootopia.
