Do I have to register to avail of LBC Express' Cash on Delivery or Cash on Pick-up service?


To make things easier for all online sellers, LBC does not require any registration processes to avail of the COD or COP via LBC Express service. This service can be availed of by simply walking into any of our LBC Express branches and filling out a form. 

Please note that the shipping fee of the item must be settled in the branch upon transaction. You may also avail of LBC’s same branch Cash on Pick Up for a minimal price.

Is there a maximum amount for Branch Collect transactions?


For Branch Collect, you may collect payments from any LBC Express if the amount to be collected is P10,000 below. For payments P10,001 and up, payments will be collected from your nominating branch. Your Branch Collect tracking number will be sent to you via SMS. Please remember to provide us with your correct mobile number during the transaction process!

How do I send a package using the Cash on Delivery service? What are the requirements?


Sending a package is as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1. Head to any LBC Express branch to drop off your package. Fill out the form which includes details like the complete names of the sender and receiver, the address and contact details of your receiver. 

If you will be opting for the Bank Deposit payment scheme, you will also need to provide us with your bank details, account name, and the account number to which LBC will be depositing the money to. If you don't have a bank account, don't worry! You may also opt for the Branch Collect payment scheme.

Please note that all shipping fees need to be upon transaction. LBC Cash on Delivery charges vary depending on the size of your package and destination.

Alternatively, you can also schedule for your package to be picked up by an LBC associate from your location.

Step 2. Wait for LBC's SMS confirming that your package has been safely delivered and paid for.

Step 3. Get your payment. It usually takes 2 to 3 working days before you will receive your payment. If you have chosen the Branch Collect option, we will send a remittance reference number along with the total amount collected to you via SMS. 

Just present this number to any LBC Express branch along with a valid ID to collect your payment. For instant cash remittance, you may also opt for LBC Express’ Instant Peso Padala.

How about Cash on Pick-up?


LBC has made sending packages as easy as possible!

Step 1. Simply head to any of LBC's 1,400+ branches nationwide, drop off your item, fill out the form, and pay the corresponding fee. Write down the amount to be collected, the customer details, branch pick-up details (the LBC Express branch where your customer will pick up the item), and your bank account details. Our same branch pick-up fee is P 70.00.

Step 2. LBC will notify your customer via SMS once the item is ready for pick-up and you once it has been paid for.

Step 3. You can either get your payment in cash at any of our multiple LBC Express branches through our Branch Collect option or have it deposited straight to your specified bank account.

Is there a minimum amount required to avail of the Cash on Delivery service?
There is no minimum amount needed to avail of our services. You only need to inform the accepting associate of the amount he or she needs to receive from your buyer.

What are the modes of payment?


LBC currently only has three modes of payment: through bank deposits, branch collect, and Instant Peso Padala.

Are COD and COP available in all branches?


LBC's COD and COP services are available in all branches in the Philippines. For shipping rates, simply check out the tables on rates.

Can the receiver/buyer pay for the shipping fee?


Unfortunately, no. LBC requires all of shipping fees to be settled in the LBC branch of your choice upon transaction. The amount of goods/corresponding fee will then be collected from the Buyer upon delivery.

What if the item is defective?


LBC wants to ensure your items arrive securely and in mint condition! LBC's associates carefully check each item before it gets packed and shipped out to ensure there are no defects.

Can I still use the COD or COP service even if I don't have a bank account?


Yes, you can! You can collect your COD or COP payment from your LBC Express branch of choice. All you have to do is present the reference number given to you as well as any valid ID. You can also receive your payment via Instant Peso Padala.

Where is my reference number?


Your reference number will only be sent to you if you have chosen the Branch Collect option. This will be sent to you via SMS once your package has been delivered.

When do I receive the payment?


Once your buyer/the consignee has received and paid for the package, it will 2 to 3 working days for you to receive your payment.

There are three ways for you to collect your payment. You can either have it deposited straight to your bank account with the Bank Deposit option. Just declare your bank account number and details during the transaction.

You may opt for Branch Collect where all you have to do is proceed to your LBC Express branch of choice and collect the payment in person. Just remember to bring your reference number and any valid ID!

Or you may opt for LBC Express’ Instant Peso Padala.

What valid IDs does LBC accept?


Here is a list of IDs accepted by:

  • Philippine Passport
  • Philippine Identification System ID (PhilSys ID) / Philippine Identification Card (Phil ID) / Philippine National ID
  • Philippine Driver’s License
  • LBC does not accept Driver’s License issued in other countries
  • Professional Regulatory Commission ID (PRC)
  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
  • New Postal ID (PVC Card)
  • LBC will no longer accepts paper-based postal card
  • GSIS e-Card
  • SSS Card
  • Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID) – the single ID card of SSS, GSIS, PHILHEALTH and PAG-IBIG members
  • Senior Citizen Card
  • ID issued by the Government-Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) that LBC accepts:
  • HDMF (Pag-ibig Card) – LBC will not accept the Pag-ibig Loyalty Card
  • PHILHEALTH (PVC or Paper-based Card)
  • AFP ID / AFP Dependent ID
  • Firearm License
  • Overseas Filipino Workers ID (OFW ID)
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID (OWWA ID)
  • Seaman’s Book and Seafarer’s Registration Certificate
  • Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID (IBP ID for lawyers)
  • Voter’s ID (PVC or paper-based card)
  • Student ID issued by a school, college, or university, duly signed by the Principal or head of school. LBC considers a school ID to be valid within six (6) months after school term ends or six (6) months after expiry date of the ID.
  • Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certificate/ID 4Ps or Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino ID, Solo Parent ID
  • Employment ID
  • Barangay Certification or Barangay ID
  • For foreign customers: foreign passport and alien certification card (ACR) or DOLE alien employment card.
