The Orchard Hotel Singapore Celebrates Singapore’s 57th Birthday With Local Delicacies


One of the earliest fine dining hotel restaurants in Singapore, MICHELIN selected Hua Ting Restaurant has won the heart of many local diners with refined flavors redolent of tradition.

To celebrate Singapore’s 57th birthday, Hua Ting presents an exclusive limited-time local platter, Three Treasures, consisting of three specially curated dishes - Sautéed Crab Claw in Chili Sauce served with “Man Tou” stick; Deep-fried Pork Rib with Crispy Garlic served with “Bak Kut Teh”; and Wok-Fried Hokkien Noodles with Live Prawns.

The Three Treasures Platter embodies Singapore’s culinary heritage with authentic and elevated flavor and is specially priced at S$57, available only for weekday lunch throughout the month of August.

Chefs at the Charcoal Grill Station will BBQ your favorite meat and seafood such as Satay, Chicken Wings, Otah, Sambal Stingray and Sotong. Savor iconic favorites such as Braised Pork Trotter, Laksa with Cockles, Ayam Buah Keluak, and more.
